[TERRAIN] Question to the "City" Tile

Hi,

i have one question that i have not found an answer right now (or i am to stupid )
If i create a new city with an settler , the centre tile is working "automatic" and produce things ..
Can i change this - or boost this by alter the terrain ?
And on what is based the selection from the production ...

A) You cannot change this.
b) Yes, you can use the pioneer to upgrade all the terrain tiles - also the centre of the city.
c) The production is based on the nature of the ground (e.g. ore in case the city is founded on a hill tile). Have a look at the colopedia in order to get an overview what types exist ingame.
