As someone who's been a moderator before (on other sites), I know how hairy this topic can get. I'm not here to get into any details, I just want to understand what my options are here. I've used the PM function before and had no visible feedback (I don't doubt things happened, to be clear), but sending more PMs into the ether isn't exactly what I want here.
