Questions about "new civ" modpacks.

I've downloaded a couple of the modpacks and had no problems. The "outline the small heads with different colors" modpack has been particulary useful. I'm now thinking about getting some of the modpacks that add new civs to the game and have some questions.

1) Will adding a civ supplant a current civ? I'd love to add the Swedes but not if it will cost me the Germans.

2) Do these modpacks include new graphics for the civ leader and special unit?

3) If I add a few of these and choose a totally random game, will the computer maybe put one of them in the game?

4) Are the new civ modpacks easily deleted from the game (yes I back up!) if I don't like them or do they change non-data files?

Thanks in advance!

Well with hacked editor it's possible to "add" a new civilisation...however...the game will crash when you go in negotiation screen with other civs... so that's not an option. At the moment the only way to add another civilisation is to replace one of the original civs.
For my Dutch Modpack I replaced the Babylonians, I don't think the Babylonians will be missed as much as for example the Germans :D
As for graphics... In the Civilopedia I managed to change the graphics for both the UU and Leader, however in the game this is very difficult... the flic files are not editable at the moment, but I've heard that with some commercial software its possible to at least customise the Leaders, but not yet the UU's. But Firaxis said they were working on that and maybe soon we can edit those too.
If you backup your old files, it's easy to change back to the original game, no problem.
If you want to try the Dutch Modpack, you can download it here:

the readme.txt and install.txt explain everything :D

Enjoy,

Thanks Dimiy. I think I'll just wait a few months to see how things go. The way I'm playing it'll take at least that long to get tired of the civs that are already in the game anyhow.

How do you install the mod Civs? I've tried in the editor, but that locks up the research tree....
