Quick Civ 6 idea about the memory of wandering barbarians

Let wandering barbarians have a 10 or 15 deep list of hexes it dislikes and won't return to those hexes. Each turn it forgets one. It adds a liked hex when it finds a match with the kind of hexes it likes.
