Quick Poll - Northern Settler Instructions

Our northernmost settler, who's original intention was to settle at site 'B', is now in need of some instructions. In a recent discussion, two modified sites were proposed. Please select the ultimate destination for this settler from the following sites:


Site B1 - Tundra tile nearest Russian border
Site B2 - Tundra tile NW of current location
Site B3 - Cattle tile (no move needed)

B2 makes more sense to me.

I voted B2. The B1 site is as likely to flip to the Russians as flip them to us. We are hardly a Cultural powerhouse.

As Culture Leader, I acquiesced in the early game to the military needs of our nation, to safeguard ourselves, but it leaves us in a rather precarious position, culture-wise.
