Quick question: Hall of fame and custom-name civs

Hi! Quick questions for those who have played 7:

- Is there a Hall of fame, like the ones in civ 1-5?
- Can you rename your Civ and leader, like you could in 1-5?

Why these features were removed in 6 is beyond me, but the role-player in me is hopeful for 7...

Yes, I know it was added down the road, but not at launch.

Also, a HoF is pointless for me if it just shows all the games I've played as Catherine of France since I cannot use a custom name for the leader or the civ. I would love to see a HoF similar to the one in Civ4

I never understood why they removed civ naming. I get that most people won't use it, and before Civ V the differences between civs was pretty minimal so it made more sense, but still - can't be a hard thing to include, what is there to lose?
