Quick Question on Wonders

I've searched everywhere but I can''t find this answer. If two people finish a world wonder on the same turn, how is it determined who gets it? Thanks!

I would guess whoever goes first in the turn order, but I don't really know....

Right. Whoever goes first gets the wonder.

This is why I usually try to rush the wonder when it's getting closed to completion, so I don't get a surprised announcement saying another Civ has built the wonder when I am just 1 turn away from getting it.

I have a buddy and I tried with me finishing the turn first and her finishing the turn first and she got it both times...not sure that is the answer. Any other thoughts???
