Using only Community patch, is it possible to change the AI deals stuff (for example luxury ressources valuation) with only the .sql or .xml available ?

Yes, but they also have special rules that make them act very different than other land units.

They can move over mountains and don't go into embarkment while in coast tiles.

They are also effected differently while attacking anti-air units I believe. (certain promos they get effect them) I could be wrong about this, but don't believe I am. I hardly build any anti-air units because outside of having a couple they are garbage.
All of the differences for other Land units are based on the promotions they have, unlike Water and Air units, which are fundamentally different than Land units.

No. Requires modifying the DLL.

CustomModOptions.xml has a good number of outdated options, we've been cleaning up that file. Not certain about the one you refer to, but it looks like a table that is either integrated into VP or is only used by modmods, so you don't need to worry about it.

VP is currently lacking in comprehensive documentation. It would be nice to have one day but it's a monumental task.



VP is still in active development. The next release has been delayed because of IRL delays and because we've been working on a major trimming down of files.

As a rule, we don't update the mod for compatibility with other mods - we update VP and other mods can update if they want to be compatible. Attempting to be compatible with every other mod and modmod would be a difficult task indeed.

Any reasons for AI not taking off when he assembled SS fully? Like I did the same and it counted as a victory in few turns after. weird.

Please file a bug report if this is happening. It should not be.
 
Two Great Scientists born on different turns will give different science when expended because they each give a static amount of science based on the ten turns before they were born.
 
Does local unhappiness have any negative side effects on its own like decrease in production or growth? Or is it only total civ unhappiness that does?

Can you have two corporstions? I know you cant found two. But can you conquer a 2nd one like religions? Damn venice got my firaxite materials.
