Quick Questions / Quick Answers

Indeed. I'm on the latest release, with only Info Addict and RED alongside this as I've always had it. I also noticed an integer overflow in the deal modifier when trying to gift anything to a civ I just recently met.

50GPT is nothing if you can get WLTKD in all your cities.

Do I still need to attack my own vassals to win a domination victory if they control other players capitals?

Not necessarily. You do, however, need to obtain the last capital through city capture, not through capitulation. This is presumably being changed next patch.

Is "The Motherland Calls" now buildable by any ideology? I'm having Autocracy and TMC is available to build.

So, it's my first game in the last year. AI is offering me 30-50 GPT for a copy of my gold luxury. IIRC deals of 5gpt used to be really good, but this amount is just insane. What did I miss? :p
I have even had a 78 GPT deal on turn 100 for some SIlk

I'm not sure what you mean here?

Are you saying I don't need all 8 (or whatever) capitals but just need to take a capital and then it will run a check to see if I or my vassals control all 8 and then if I do I will win?

Actually, don't worry about it. You won either way, regardless of current bug (and lack of victory screen by result)

I haven't played VP for a few years and I'm wondering if it's still possible to create a modpack without any issues with the latest version of VP. Is there something that I have to keep in mind or can I just use the "old" method as specified here? I don't intend to use it for MP.

If I create an embassy in a CS to get additional vote during World Congress and then I conquer the CS, do I lose the vote?

Settling or annexing cities raises tech and policy costs. Does losing cities lower it, either via war or razing? If I annex a just-conquered city for whatever reason and then raze it latter, is that permanently setting me back?

Yes. We fixed that.
