When you're mad and you throw stuffs because you don't wanna shout.

You stamp your foot because of so much dissappointment.

I tend to temper my anger into ways I can control though, like computer games.

Punching the wall doesn't exactly seem quiet to me.

Though once I did slam my palm against a wall in frustration and put a hole in it. Minor scratch on the bottom of my palm from the wall though, so I got as good as I gave.

But, that was a pretty messed up time for me. Hopefully I'm a lot calmer than that.
