The last few lines on hygiene were racist I'd say. Besides that it's just another catchy gimmick, I doubt the guy had any real intention of bringing about change as much as just mocking for the sake of comedy.

If you listen to his other music you'll see this is about more then mocking for comedy. Its mocking to chastise.

any critique of problems within a sub culture or group of people cant be racist if there is foundation to make that critique.

using rap as a medium is golden because it uses the same sound and style as modern rap but sends a message of responsibility and empowerment.
