Radom Civ, no India

A stupid observation but want to know

Is it just me or when you choose a random civ, you never get India ?

I must have played 200 + games (with and without expansions) setting my civ to random and never got India, even once

Selective memeory or just bad (or maybe good ?) luck.

I get Asoka all the time when starting a random leader game.

Hmm, well with 34 civs if you have BtS That means the odds of you not drawing India in 200 games is (33/34)^200 = 0.255%. Small, but not so low it's completely implausible.

I swear to god I never got India as a random civ and 200 + games is not even exagerated.
May have something to do with the fact that I am playing a french version or ultimate bad luck

Somehow, I highly doubt that the game designers would implement a "never get India on Random Leader" rule just for kicks and giggles.

When I played random, I got India. I think it's just luck.

I remember there were some leaders I never seamed to get on random which is why I now play the leader's in some sort of order. Everyone has unique traits/UU/UB.starting techs which add great dimension.

So if you aint played Asoka or Gandhi yet, just select them manually!

I never get Poland

I always get HRE.

The HRE was the very first civ I got when I played my first BtS game at random civs.

I didn't really like the civ so I decided to just roll up a new game and got Tokugawa. eek
