Rail Connection to Capitol: No Production Bonus?

Just wondering if I'm missing something. I have a rail connection from my capitol to several cities but when I mouse over the production of the non-capitol city in the city window the rail connection is not listed among the bonus modifiers.

I've checked and rechecked the 5 tiles between the capitol and first city - there is definitely a complete rail line there.

Anybody know what gives?

Would need at least a screenshot if not a save to diagnose. I did just confirm that I have the bonus in my cities.

The railroad connection bonus does not apply if you are building wealth or research for whatever reason. Switch to building a unit, or a building, and it will be there (tested on your save).
