About to head off to bed, followed by a morning of eager installation and launching of CIV V!
Nagging question though... there is an option for random personalities for the leaders, but is there an option to have each City State have random traits? I know some are irrational, cultural, etc., but can these also be random for each game? And if so, is there also an option so you don't have to know anything about the city's personality? It just seems kinda weird that one City State would act one unique way, whereas another one a few tiles away would act completely different. I think it would be better to figure these out as you progress in the game.
