I am stressed and am tempted to blow off some steam somehow this weekend but the ways springing to mind wouldn't be a very adult, fair or productive things to do so I guess I will just have a few more grey hairs instead. (Eg drinking, veging out, gaming or whatever)

I'll have to get a haircut to hide them or find a positive way to relax.
I might try to get out for a long walk.

I'm feeling a bit better enough to elaborate more.

    Spoiler :
Yesterday I got into a really really bad argument with my mother over stupid reasons and she started going "shut up" over and over and, because I'm a bloody idiot, I thought "if you want me to shut up, I'll do it permanently." Yeah, pretty stupid and impulsive too. I ended up spending the day in the bathroom puking everything up. I'm feeling ok now aside from my throat hurting from the vomiting. I don't think I'll try that again.

A whole bunch of different stuff. I would've taken more but I couldn't get them down without gagging.

That some scary stuff right there. Obviously because you can die but you also might survive but totally wreck your liver. Anyway I'm glad your guts did their job: We don't feel well. Eject all the things!

    Don't do it again, please.

    Where's the problem with that?

Rant: Since Sunday I'm just feeling exhausted and drained for energy.
I first thought that it's exhaustion due to workout and long dancing, or that I'm getting sick, but neither can be at the moment, so I'm wondering what's going on.

Lately i am trying to retake drawing and painting after several years. After some warming up i find that technically i am fine, but i am absolutely empty of ideas. My imagination once luxurious like the amazon forest is now a radioactive wasteland.

    I blame internet and Fallout.

Maybe you should try drawing or painting a radioactive wasteland.

It is not bad idea. But painting radioactivity is going to be a challenge.

Yeah, but draw that wasteland for which you provided a photo. Our imaginations will add the radioactivity.

Ok. Never painted a wasteland before. The quartered soil is going to be hard, but easier than radioactivity at least.

I will try with charcoal and come back with whatever i get. :undecide:

Aargh! Imbecilic collectors try to cash in ‘debts‘ which I ‘owe’ somebody who has handed them over to them.

Your mother is... indescribable, within forum rules.

Please remember that you have friends here and we care about you.

Sometimes it helps to listen to music and just let yourself draw whatever it inspires. As with NaNoWriMo and encouraging people to write, it doesn't have to be good from the get-go. Just get back into the habit of drawing something, and eventually you'll find your way back to producing things you're satisfied with.

Actually, Valka, I can describe somebody such as aimee's mother. She is a person who, for reasons which I cannot ascertain because I don't know her personally, damages those around her. I know that kind of person in real life. They can turn other people's lives into a living hell.

aimee, I hope that those plans to move out/away come to fruition. Know that at least here on CFC there's quite a few people who respect you and give more of a fig about you than your mother seems to care, and you can come to us for advice. Most of us don't live in Canada, but at least we're here.
    One thing: never blame yourself.
