Btw, mmddyy makes no sense on any level.

yymmdd makes a great deal of sense (since, you see, it means that your dates are automatically ordered). But I see very few people even suggesting using it.

ddmmyy would make some sense if we also ordered our numbers so that 001 meant 100. (Which it could, but it doesn't. Possibly because the Arabs write from right to left.)

One of the rolls on my computer chair just broke off .

And my Spanish housemate decided to take one of the latest flights back from Spain, so that he can take one of the latest trains, which will get the last connecting train, which will catch the last bus...and now the first train is late, and he might not get the connecting train.
Which means that I'll most likely have to fetch him in a close by town with his car at 1 AM.

EDIT: It's also freezing, I'm sure this car doesn't have winter tyres, I have never driven that car, I have no idea where the papers for the car are, and it has a foreign license plate. I'm sure something will go wrong.

I've been taking those vitamins the ENT prescribed, as directed. They seem to be improving the situation with my right ear, slowly. There's less of a feeling of disequilibrium and pressure in the right side of the my head, which is nice. Unfortunately, there's still that feeling of the canal not clearing when I yawn. Hopefully with more time things will clear up... the bottle says it takes 60 days to work.
