Ksi-Epsilon. Sixty-five to the cultured mind.
The ceremonies were rubbish, I thought, but I think that of almost every single event of that kind.

Heh, all carioca teams are indistingushable to me, they're outclassed by paulistas and people from the north. But if it annoys you…

There aren't even any Northern teams in Serie A D:

Paulistas are clearly inferior in every way to cariocas, including football (or as they call it, futebolacha)

To me, Porto Alegre is way up north. So is anything beyond Montevideo, really.

That would include Rio de Janeiro, though, so as a ''northern'' team, Flamengo ends up being better than itself

Rant: Sodium thiosulfate is sneaky. It is as harmless as can be to humans, and I always have it by my side when I'm playing with bromine. It clobbers nasty toxic halogens and reduces them into harmless halide ions in seconds. But it turns out that thiosulfate corrodes steel. I'm not used to things that are corrosive to steel while not corroding humans, so I'd been treating it like it was totally harmless. Now both of the sinks in my apartment have large patches of alternately red and green corrosion.

When I move out, hopefully the landlord mistakenly thinks that the corrosion was natural, like my last landlord apparently thought about the cabinet hinges that were all rusted out after an experiment to find out if tungsten dissolved in aqua regia. I forgot that HCl fumes would be coming out and left the flask uncovered. :mischief:

Tungsten doesn't dissolve very much in aqua regia. A tiny bit of a yellow substance, maybe WO3, forms on it after several days, but it's an extremely slow reaction. Thanks for asking. :p

Much better is to dissolve it in hydrogen peroxide. It's possible to dissolve thoriated tungsten electrodes this way and recover the thorium dioxide. I might have done this at one point in my quest to end up on every government watch list ever.

Some of these words are familiar, yes. Especially the watch list ones.

As long as he continues to use crappy numerals, I will continue to advocate that he be lynched, because he is clearly a mafia, or a serial killer.
