No, those neighbors kids are a constant. They run around and SCREAM CONSTANTLY.

And a week ago I near put out my knee when a little kid ran into me and I lost my balance, It still hurts.

Rant: The Rent is too damn high title would be better as it is timely, while 'get off my lawn' can be used whenever.
