Yeah, that was the Weimar Republic DBQ, right? I was very happy the test was in chronological order.

Yeah, I guess the level of uncertainty is what gets you on the essays. You either know them, or you don't, and they make it very hard to BS.

Is world history mandatory for 9th graders at your school?

Yeah, that's the one! Weimar Republic, combined with a question regarding Austria Hungary/the Ottoman Empire, and triangle trade in the Atlantic made for a very happy Joe (also a 5 with no studying :D).

Heh, those were the same questions I did. The Feminism one seemed boring and the Nietzsche/Darwin one seemed fun but my brain was fried by that time.

No. Most of them do Euro (honors or regular, since the teacher fetishes the ancient Greeks and the Medieval period too much to start in the Renaissance), but the order is pretty flexible.

Do it, if only because it's at least one class with little to none dumbasses.

I enjoy the dumbasses, though. :(

I am in "Honors" English (my school calls it that, but it is the same) though, which basically means twice as much writing and we go through about twice as many books as the regular class. It is nice though because we don't have to stop and explain the difference between nouns and verbs every 3 minutes. (exaggerating)

I just attended my school's production of Cyrano de Bergrac. The actors did a really good job, especialy at the end.
