I saw the film Léon (aka The professional) and it was very good.

Also by far Natalie Portman's best acting. I was subsequently actually kinda mad when I saw "top critics" on rotten tomatoes gave it 50% (it only had 8 top critics, but still). It was quite good.

I'm graduating today. Then I have my school's all-night grad party. And then I have beach week.

Rave: It's extremely humid out, which means it's just like the planet my Hot Blue Alien Chick comes from. :)

Rant: I keep confusing that planet with Pandora from Avatar.

"I Rymden Finns Inga Känslor" was awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! <3 I knew from the trailer that I would love it, and booiii did the movie deliver. I recommend it to you all (with English subtitles, of course). Also, there's just something about (good) Swedish movies that I enjoy. Maybe it's the fact that they usually don't take place in some city far away and therefore come across as being slightly more home-ish. Reminds me of another Swedish film that I really liked: "Tur och Retur". Or how about "Låt den Rätte Komma In"? I really liked that one. (BTW it's the movie that "Let Me In" is based off of.)

I also saw "No Reservations" and "Road to Perdition". The former was sorta cute, was kinda predictable but enjoyable nonetheless. The second was awesome too. I just love the "father-son"-theme that the movie is about and how it is shown. It reminds me in some ways of "Gladiator".
