Most mouthwash products contain an unreasonably high amount of alcohol.
Somewhere on the label they tell you to spit it out .

Someone I knew (past tense because he's now dead) used to drink mouthwash. The kind of alcohol in mouthwash is the type that isn't made to be ingested.

Also the next time someone says, "you were detrimental in the fall of the Romanov dynasty", just reply: "That's why they call me 'the Eastern Front'."

I think you mean either instrumental instead of detrimental or to the survival instead of in the fall.

I mean we've all been there.

I reckon I do, ma'am! Much obliged. :cowboy:

I really enjoy the info on pest control sites. Advertising that teaches you stuff is great.

US Consulate here put out a terror warning for US citizens in Vancouver because of a suspected terror plot.

So that's interesting.

Hey they didn't leak something important that they shouldn't leak and generally mess things up. Go team.

Times like this I'll take any wins.

They put out the alert in all the stereotypical tourist-y locations so I guess just focus on who sticks out like a sore thumb? Not really sure. Canada isn't really known for its high-danger locales.

Was his death from the mouthwash? If so, and if it wasn't just simple alcohol poisoning from drinking an extremely large amount, that would strange - it is definitely not supposed to be anything but ethanol. Methanol is too toxic to be used as a denaturant even if the mouthwash were used according to the label, isopropyl alcohol isn't as toxic but has an off-smell/flavor that consumers would dislike even if they could get regulators to approve it, and all other alcohols are much more expensive and also generally unpleasant.

It was a couple years ago now so I don't remember all the details, but it wasn't the mouthwash that killed him, although it did result in a lengthy hospital stay.

Does drinking mouthwash make your farts smell minty?

If you've got a garden hose instead of a functioning digestive system, sure.
