Anyone watching The Mandalorian? I just saw episode 2, I spent 2/3rds of it squealing at the baby Yoda thing ... Mr KB was most annoyed. Now he's snoring on the couch ... it's nearly impossible to get him up.

I live in the desert. Temperature crashes hard when the sun goes down. It isn't cold like the midwest or anything, but it's more than enough to make screwing around with big chunks of steel sapping the heat from your hands no fun at all.

EDIT: Okay, to be honest the dark is really more of an issue. Stringing a light out to the truck is extra preparatory work standing in front of work I don't really want to do in the first place.

To illustrate, despite having been in the mid 70s today it is currently in the mid fifties and should be in the 40s within the next couple hours.

I'm about to leave the comforts of my cave and trek out into the wilderness to hunt, hoping to return with the succulent flesh of a wild pizza to feed my tribe. I am a Californian though, so i will be going in a tee shirt.

I liked that X-Files episode that featured the Ray Anthony recording of The Hokey Pokey. I think it was Chinga? Cowritten by Stephen King. The plot was weak, but they made up for it with gore. And the doll was spooky.

Plot holes are always okay if you just fill them to the brim with blood and guts.

This pizza may not be the best pizza, but at eight bucks for a three topping large picked up three blocks from the house, it is extremely hard to find fault with.

One of my favorite pizza's is frozen Red Baron pizza. $5 each (sometimes I can get a 3 for $10 sale!) and arguably better than most takeout.

I made mine with fresh mozzarella, spinach, and feta ... and my own sauce.

Yeah, but I live in California. I can't keep a stock of frozen pizzas on hand just by stacking them outside. :mischief:

I think that Zack Galifianakis should find something new to present/develop a new routine, cause it has gotten old.

"Over the last 14 years, you've spent 9421.4 hours playing this selection, which includes 363 items and is valued at $5871."

~3200 hours of that was spent in idle games that require you to leave them open, so it's probably more accurate as ~6300 hours.

Steam account is 5352 days old, so that's 1.76 hours per day if we're including the idle time. Without it, 1.18 hours per day.

I also used to share the account with my father for four years from 2005 to 2009, so there was some double-dipping going on there.

All said, I was expecting more, as there were stretches of time when I played multiplayer games for 4 to 7 hours a day years ago. I guess there were enough counteracting stretches of no games at all to offset that. And it of course doesn't include time spent in games outside of Steam, like the retail Civs, retail San Andreas, Minecraft, and so on, which all likely add up to the 3200 hours I cut above.

    Anyways: https://www.mysteamgauge.com/

I only got Steam when EU4 came out in Aug 2013, so here's my contribution:

All Games: Over the last 6 years, you've spent 2569 hours playing this selection, which includes 278 items, is valued at $3852.46, and requires 979.5 GB
Played Games: 65 items, valued at $944.4, and requires 188.4 GB
In Detail: 21 games played for less than an hour, 29 games for just 1-10 hours, 10 games for 10-100 hours and just five for 100+ hours. (Special exemption for CK II, which until very recently could be played without Steam snooping on you.)
Achievements: 659 Achievements, 5 Perfect Games, 45% Avg. Game Completion Rate

    You people are wasteful :)
My book collection, which took me 23 years to create and numbers roughly 800 books, should have costed roughly 8-9000 euros, so between the two of you you managed to spend as much on games you mostly don't even play :shake:

That's the base market price, not what we actually paid for those games. I almost never buy games/DLC unless they're on sale.

It took you 23 years to collect 800 books?

I had that many accumulated in 6 years. And that's just the science fiction. It doesn't count the mystery books and the miscellaneous other genres.

Fast-forward 35 years... I haven't counted my books lately. I'm afraid to. :shifty:

All I know is that I have many, many books (at least a couple of thousand; I've donated quite a few over the past few years, either to the library or given them away on Freecycle). They take up a lot of space in every room in my apartment except the kitchen and bathroom. When someone asked why I don't own a proper dining table or couch, I told them I rarely have company and I need the space for bookshelves and computer stuff.

It's a rare time when I buy anything from Big Fish Games for full price. I at least want a bonus punch on my card to put toward a free game.
