There's Snerk pics in the Members thread… oh, I see you've just posted this:
So Hero Forge now lets you paint your miniatures on their website, so you get them in full color.

ARGH why couldn't they launch this a month ago, before I bought a bunch of little figures, all my painting supplies, and magnifying glasses???
This is either the cause of or the solution to your boredom, Mary.

I am totally going to end up wasting my long weekend (5 days, starting today)

One example would be cleaning my office. I've let it become such a frightful mess. I feel depressed and ashamed every time I walk in or walk out.

A messy office room is needed sometime, believe it or not, it keep your mind busy and results in more productivity. Perhaps that's a sign that you are doing your job good.

My office is a dump of crap. Six months ago it was completely clean. Now I have junk everywhere. I need to purge.

I would never achieve anything in a very messy room. I'd just be preoccupied with being anxious.

But I got compulsive tendencies when it comes to cleanliness and order...

When I being hectic I like my surrounding to be messy, strange I know, I don't know where I got it from. The mess just keep reminding me on what kind of state that I am currently in. If things are in order, it's like time to chill and relax, or time to go home, I got this strange association in my brain.

Perhaps I got it from school. We were always tiding our books back to the bag (we don't use locker), tiding all the chair, looking at the picket list of whose turn it's to clean the class-room then after "job" is over, it's time to play or go home.

The two years I spent in high school, we had lockers but not enough time to use them. We had five minutes to get from Class A to Class B. Good luck going to your locker in-between to switch books. I got very accustomed to just stuffing all my binders and textbooks in my bag along with my lunch.

Because of that i just never bothered getting a locker in the first place. Damn thing cost $20. :crazyeye:

We always studied in the same class for a year except for lab or other practical lesson. For each lesson we gotta have 1 home-work book, 1 practice book, 1 note book and 1 the reference book. And each night all student prepare their books in accordance to tomorrow lesson. It's really silly and every-night I just drag everything on my table and put it to my bag, hence most of the time my bag was so heavy. And once by mistake I bring my room air-conditioner's controller in my bag to school, my best friend spot it and it becomes his favorite story to tell during gathering until this day. That bastard.

That sounds more convenient than how my school did it.

We had four classes per semester. We went to each class every day. The order of the classes changed every day.

So if you had English, Math, Geography, and Civics one day, you'd have Civics, Math, Geography, and English the next. And then Math, English, Civics, Geography the next. And then Geography, Civics, English, Math the next...

It was pointlessly complicated, all under the guise of switching up routine.

The separated class really sound anything but practical I agree with you. But my school was beyond stupid Syns, like my high-school for instance, we start our study at 7 in the morning, and finish the class at 4 PM with 45 min break in total. The first break is 15 min, the other "longer" break is 30 min. After class, depend on what day it is, we cannot directly come home, either we gotta do some extra-curriculum (like basket ball, band, marching band, all those boring stuff) or do counselling with our "father/mother" teacher, they will lock the gate until it's done at 5 a clock. That was my second high-school after my catholic school.

We got so many lessons, like math, geography, anthropology, sociology, biology, chemistry, nationalism and moral, History, English, Indonesian, local language Sundanese, Economy, computer (there is a multiple choice exam where the question was around: what is folder? what is shortcut? what is the abbreviation of pc? waaaa!!), electronic I don't know if that is all or more than that. The only lesson that I like is sport, because that is when I can go out from class finally. Hence I never take school seriously.
