Hello,
I would really appreciate a mod where I could raze an enemy capital.
Mostly because the poor choice AI does when settling and the negative bonuses connected with annexation. Please this is not the place of discussing about realism of such an act, just how to do it.
I've read the discussions in Civ V part, and I do not care, if it invalidates the domination victory!
If it would take a lot of time, pls at least point me in the right direction.
