Razing shouldn't interrupt construction of national wonders

Agree with me? This feature is annoying and like a bug.

For example, it's impossible to construct national college if there's no library in a city you just captured from the enemy during the razing.

National Wonders being interrupted in general feels like a bug to me - I realize it's intended, but when it happens, it feels buggy. I'd consider something like "If you start building a NW, adding cities won't interrupt it but will significantly set back its progress." Or even just lock it in when you start construction - "You must have a Library in every city to start construction of the National College."

The only real problem would be National College balance, but there's a million or so solutions for that one.

Does this still happen? You can't start a national wonder while razing, but in my experience, razing something after starting an NW doesn't interrupt the construction. I guess every city I've conquered might've just had the buildings I needed, since I was just building the Circus Maximus and National Treasury, but it would've beeen a pretty big coincidence.

Yes, this definitely still happens. But I'm not really bothered by it. You're in control of the city while you're burning it, and can choose to stop burning it. Really, it only interrupts your National Wonder for a few turns. No big.

Maybe it's because you can stop city razing? So it can't be exploited? (eg. 'Raze' a city, continue your national wonder until it's finished and then stop razing)

Agree. Also I don't see why you can't just puppet the city until the NW will be built?

Don't think it's the bug. National wonders are designed to require careful planning.

Happiness. Often a city needs to be the razed before I can conquer the next one.

Useless "exploit". I can't see when the population loss would be be worth it.
