I was looking through the leaders.xml and found that all the data for the leaders close to victory diplomacy modifier is still there. But is it possible to re-enable it?
I've looked through the Civ VI database and found all the modifiers and requirements. It all seems set up to work. Does anyone know if its possible to re-enable on our end or would it require DLL access?
