I know that I'm just missing something dumb, but how do I disable continental rally points? I enabled it by selecting all the continental cities and then shift/rt click. I thought to disable I could just shirt/rt click on the same space, and though the yellow circle does disappear, produced units still move to the rally point.

You have to manually go city by city and right click it back on the original city to disable it.
