Real All Disasters - Adds Comet Strikes and Solar Flares to the base game

Adds Comet Strikes and Solar Flares to the base game without Apocalypse Mode.

Requires Gathering Storm and Maya and Gran Colombia Pack

Description
Disasters available only in Apocalypse Mode will trigger also during a normal game, without the Mode active.

There are 4 new types of events:
- Severe Solar Flare - a solar flare with the same effects as in the Apocalypse Mode.
- Light Solar Flare - a "light" version of the Severe one, where probabilities of any damage are...
