He has a single island City, I conquered it easily with my *Sea Beggars*
After peace for almost years, we became friend and he offered friendship, I accepted because no one hates hims after all and for cheaper luxuries (is this true?)

He is willing to trade M'banza with 17 population for a single-tile City with 12 population (that can be conquered again).
I am so excited about this, but I think I am scammed?
I have no benefit in this trade, which could be a bugged or intended.
After 2 turns, the GPT and Luxury trades ended (idk why?), and Mongolia bullied M'banza again (I am aware, I even pledge to protect the city). Mongolia and I were still at peace and friends when this weird occurrence happened.
Now, he got Tiflis for almost 600 to 850 gold only, and a short flux of luxuries?
