Real Tech Tree - More historially accurate and logical Tech Tree, balanced beelining

Improved Tech Tree to be more historically accurate and logical.
1. I have added new connections to the Tech Tree to patch many omissions and to make it more logical. This was done also to prevent beeling 2 Eras ahead or generally research things without proper historically sound background.
2. Balanced beelining - techs in the same Era have similar number of prereqs.
3. Eliminated dead-end techs which will cause AI to update its units.
4. Slightly decreased Eureka...

Do you have a picture of the full tech tree?
 
The techs are the same, only the connections have changed. But you won't be able to see it on the picture - the drawing algorithm overlaps them. The easiest way to check the prereqs is to start the new game and just go to the tree.
 
Hello! I've tested the current version of the Tech tree. And I would like to say: 'Great work!' I've played the whole game party and found a very good time pace for all civics and technologies. I combined this mod wit the old mod called "Slover tech by Era" (where I'm also raised the value of the Great people) and got a very good result. The last technology was learned in 2030. No major bugs, no crashes. But I've found two minor issues. One is in estetic wiew, and the other is in tech mechanic. Standartisation's Eureka is not working. I've created more than 3 musketman, but don't got the boost. (They were created by Faith using the theocraty). And the second - some lines from techs on civic screen don't showed correctly.

RTT doesn't touch Eureka conditions, only changes percentage fro 50 to 35. It must be a game-bug probably.

Yup, the algorithm that displays tech and civic tree has some problems. It doesn't handle well connections, I had to shift techs and civic to make space for lines but even so it doesn't display them properly. It's Firaxis code, I will not change it.

Hi, are you plannig to do a update for the civ Summer 2017 patch? I am having a problem with placing of the Campus district. When I am offered to choose a spot a cannot click on the green hex:( (edit:sorry false bug- after restarting not just reloading the game, everything' is working fine :)
I have all DLC and few mods like R.E.D., MOAR units, incoming trade route gold, production queue, Show diplomatic deals, numpad unit move, liberate city states, diplomatic total , ai siege help.

So hang on, do I still see Radio requiring Flight, but not Electricity; Flight not requiring combustion (so I guess that's more like gliders than flight), and combustion not requiring steam power (although if steel require steam power, then combustion WOULD require steam power). Steel should technically predate steam power unless we're talking the Bessemer process, but even then I don't know if it required steam power.
 
More people need to be using this, paired with AI+ it really changes the game! Now they're upgrading and building new things instead of keeping pike-man and crossbow's forever. In my current game Sumeria is coming at me with 2 corps of cavalry, 1 fleet battleship and 1 corp artillery. That never happened before I used this mod. Great job! I feel like I might actually lose. :thumbsup:

(Edit : -- Oh and just now out the fog of war comes a Sumerian artillery army!)
