I prefer American Nationalist Socialist Party since it doesn't exclude all parts of the country that happen to feel nationalistic.

Nationalist Socialist.... where have I heard that name before.....
Honestly I think that name is still way to tarred to use. it brings up less images of liberals and more goose stepping.

Okay Sparthage, we all understand RL has that incredibly annoying habit of interfering with our lives every now and then. :p We understand if you need to take a short break. It will give us time to think. (and create more Inflamatory Speeches :yeah: ) We can go back to the procces of toppling the government when you return. ;)

Wow. Awkward situation with the AG right now.... But anyway about the new parties, I sorta agree with Dem Taqat(page 31). Both the Middle-Of-the-Road, Party and the Extra-Socialist Workers, Party, are just clones of clones. Borrrringggg. Trying to take advantage of the chaos to make a new party that will only give the leaders of those parties a very small push in the power hungry world called politics. *tisk tisk*

You will notice that the MOR Party is not socialist, and is the ONLY moderate party that isn't carrying guns.

Exactly. Which is why I thought Tambien had a better idea.
Not just the goose-stepping, hoplite. The hypocrisy.

Whoa whoa. 2 MORE SPIN OFF PARTYS? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!!?!!!11!!1

OK, list of changes since elections (not in order):

ALL is NPC'd after Mech leaves for AG.
    Imperial-New World Merger
Yoshi leaves IMWP to form Yoshiegg Party.
Sonereal leaves NIP to form AmSoc
    Arya leaves AG.
Tambien forms MOR Party. (LordNwahs6 joins shortly after)
Civ'ed leaves PPA to form ESWP.
AmSoc and ESWP merge to form whatever the new party is.
    Adouis joins AG.
    PrinceofPersia and Ian7 join NIP.

    ITS ALL TOO CONFUSING!

    I stand by my proposal:
The AG becomes an integrated part of the government--They cannot attack politicians, cannot accept out of government jobs; everything they do must have final approval from the President, other than that, they are autonomous.

Their purpose would be to take out foreign and domestic enemies (i.e., leaders of countries we're at war with, designated terrorist organizations, etc.). No matter which party is in charge, they still remain part of the government.

Sonereal and Arya promise not to attack other politicians; they then get amnesty, but remain on probation for the rest of this turnset.

    Thoughts?

Aysee i reject your "proposal". It is a disgrace.

First, that changes the very nature of the AG. They should not be tied to any government body. Plus, the government has already said it would not offer any contracts: that would take out any of their business.

Yes, they should Cooperate with the government between elections, and observe the line between violence and chaos, but during elections is where there is no government. Formally the former government is still in power, but as i couldnt impose a protestant revolution during the election last RP, neither should the government be able to influence the guild here.

I believe that i limit of immortal politicians being targeted between elections would be the best thing here. 2, perhaps 3, so they would only take the highest paying jobs.

The government is trying to control the people, the very parties and guilds themselves. Will you stand for this? I may be part of their coalition now, but I will not stand for this obvious branching into controlling the people!

Arya, I fully agree. I do not intend to force a party to work for the government if they do not want to. That will not change as a policy.

See! The only way is out of the way. Make the Guild illegal.
