Another one for those Star Wars peoples, requested by odintheking (thanks also go to him for figuring out how to get the Rebel symbol to fit right ) it's got 2 attacks and it, floats... Apparently I'll never get to making something that uses wheels:lol:

    Download:
    Rebel Torpedo Tank
EDIT: Download the attachement for the fixed AttackA animation.

    Happy hunting!:D

You've outdone yourself,. The modelling is great, and with so few visual cues! The death is great, too, :D. Maybe this will jumpstart the mod again, :D. One thing, though; in attack a, the torpedoes are affected by the civ color:

Could you possibly render the default civ color red for that attack, so the blue torpedoes won't be affected? :)

    That is seriously cool

I like the torpedoes. What exactly are they? Scaled spheres + partially transparent sphere & cone?

And about the hull: it seems like you've found mesh-object :) . Did you place all coordinates by hand, and did your brain explode during the process? (mine did, when I made the mesh for Sdkfz 251  )

Actually, I used mesh-object for the striped roof of the Calormen ship, and yes there was much brain explosion there:eek: But this whole thing is a series of intersecting and subtracting boxes.

The torpedoes are my standard jet engine exhaust objects, yes they're just a couple spheres and cones, but their interior is a blue 'explosion' (the media is almost identical to my water splashes and regular explosions).

Thanks for the thumbs eveyone! I love that smilie...

No more using mech infantry as a placeholder for the Rebel tank.

No, it isn't. And the bump was only like 2 weeks.
