I like this mod a lot, and I like the fact that everyone's guaranteed to get revolutions, because I turned the tech speed down by a lot. However, this also means half (if not more) of the original starting players are guaranteed to be wiped out.

What I'd like to change is to make any rebels unable to do anything on their first turn. Alternatively, spawn them in the beginning of the original player's turn. This makes it so the original player won't press next turn and suddenly lose a few cities, which is a bit annoying.

Is this possible? If it involves C++, could someone please do it for me (depending on how difficult it is of course)?
