recomendations?..how do i get rid of them

is there a way to remove the recomendations that the game gives u? like it always recomends that u do a certain research or buiild certain things in cities. does anyone know how to turn off the feature, thanks.

In the options menu, under the game tab, you can switch off Advisor Pop Ups, Sid's Tips, Numpad Help, and Unit Cction Recommendations

yea, even then, it still gives recomendations on what to research and what to train in cities. is there anything else that i can do?
