[BNW] Recommend me a total conversion mod

Hello, can I have some recommendations for a single era total conversion mod? I'm looking for medieval era or ancient era. Something along the lines ot Medieval Europe mod for Civ 3 or The Ancient Mediterranean for Civ 4. Looking for something well tested, well balanced and fully developed.

I advise asking this from mod sub forums as there are more experts on this area. I have played only fallout mod but it was not very good and well is not exactly on same era as you want
