How do I get rid of these I have tried to make sure I have acess to luxurys, and build improvments that cause happyness in the citys, What else can I do?

Look in the city once in a while while it's growing. If it's nearing the happiness cap, press the "avoid growth". It won't grow in size unless you toggle the option off again.

well the greens are unhealthy, so luxuries/happiness don't help there, but i imagine you meant that too and just didn't specify.

easiest thing to do early on is generally to whip them away. you guys are gonna whine a lot? fine then, i need a forge anyway. you can even whip them away for things to cure the problem, so that when they come back they're happier and/or healthier. you're making each other sick? ok, let's turn some of y'all into an aqueduct. that sort of thing.

my citizens know that when i queue up a temple, 2 of them are going to die. any happy building, more than one guy goes, that's just how it is in the Candyland Empire .

I must say something about this button: Be carefull !

One time, I did not understand why after 1000 years my capital was still size 8. And suddenly, I discovered that I pushed this button and forgot to cancel it after some times, thus slowing for sooo much time... I'll never use it again !

Happened with me too... Better use slavery and whip as much as you need. And use specialists if you have nothing to whip nor have slavery civic active. Only bad thing with slavery is "Slave Revolts" where 1 turn disorder is quaranteed.

I suspect what you are really asking is how to get rid of them completely but you can't really do that except with certain wonders. there will always be some red and green faces due to the size of your city, this is a built-in function of the game to make it a challenge at every difficulty level.

you are doing the right thing - the important thing is to make sure you have the same or more happy faces than unhappy, and more healthy than green
