The error message is coming because its an on board graphics chip. The later Intel Express 945 will run because it has its own dedicated RAM, as well as using main system RAM. It does not have a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit aka a video card, so on 3D games its going to work very hard to process 3D games - it was built primarily for the business market - albeit that makes it ok for standard home users
The express series sends it data down the PCI-e bus for the cpu to crunch, no dedicated videoprocessor - as such. Its likely the Mods tipped it over the edge re the additional work - the 910 will be marginalin capacity terms
I would ask Firaxis if this one will run, because we have seen some 915 Express chips run it, slowly but just (they have 32Mb dedicated video RAM) many 915s still have problems, the 945s definitely do run. But I have a feeling the 910 will not, but you need to check with Firaxis.
Grateful you post their answer - would love to know myself from an interest viewpoint. Dont raise hopes, suspect they will give a fague / avoiding reply or a straight no. Have a feeling its a card upgrade
