Reducing Jungle?

I am a newbie when it comes to modding civ, all I want to do is change the frequency of jungle down by about 25%. Is there a text file I edit for this, or do I have to download a speical editor program for that function? I couldn't find an option for it in the editor that comes with the game.

I don't think there is an option to reduce jungle in the editor. However, you can reduce the appearance of jungle by not selecting wet If you select temperate it will have much less jungle but there will be more desert
