Please, use this thread for questions to the referees or contact us per PM. No spam and offtopic.

for example:
- Q at ruleset.
- Q 7.1 affected
- Suspicions of cheating / unfair playing / breach of ruleset.

Here is the only valid ruleset. Please, observe it. All others are copies without warranty.
(No permission? Register at CivForum and choose your group via CP. Same procedure as here. Change vB-language like here.)

Please, observe the announcement thread.

I'm missing the turn-logs.

ruleset said:
3.5. For all actions a log has to be written, as long as they can’t be deducted uniquely from the next save. If a team's turn-log turns out to be not detailed enough, the referees can request that in future more details are to be added.

3.6. For all battles a detailed log has to be written and provided to the attacked team(s) when sending on the save. This includes precise location, involved unit types and number of hitpoints lost on each side.
Please, open a turn-log thread. 1 turn, 1 posting. At least a link to the final decision posting or to the beginning of turn discussions.

x-worf - speaking for myself only, i did not forget about this rule, but considered it clearly fulfilled for all actions done until now:

as long as they can’t be deducted uniquely from the next save

i could not imagine anything we did that would not be "deductable uniquely from the next save", respectively.

do you have an example of entries that would have to be put into this thread for those ultra early, no-contact, no roads, no fights,... actions? like "open and close the city screen"? ;)

Settler -> B
Worker -> 2

F6: Pottery
F1: Research 100%

And 1 Picture about the City Screen
2nd turn

Worker->i

For first turns we may put this details.
However later we may use
as long as they can’t be deducted uniquely from the next save
rule.

Hi Worf,
actually, the thread "Turns 1-20" is supposed to be our turn-log... Isn't that good enough? Everything we did (and will do) can be seen in the excel sheet attached to post #122.
(We'll follow that plan until someone comes up with a better idea or we gain new information about our surrounding.)

At the moment there are two main options:
A) Rommel is out of DG in confirming with the rules. (only rejoining his old team is possible)
B) In accordance with all teams he can be:
B1) A full third referee
B2) A assistant of referees. (check turn lock/clock, but no voice on internal referee polls)
B2) It's allowed to him join another team

I red Lanzelot's and memento's statements. I need a team dicision, a statement of the team captain (it's maybe the same) and all other statements like Lanzelot's/memento's posts. If we follow any B-option, it's imtortant, that it's okay for all members. The first priority is the DG and that all teams and players thrust each other to stay fair. To help one "quitted" player is not the priority.

A Rommel statement:
I can really understand your point of view that the overall picture for the Fanatics are therefore difficult to represent. As long as Worf is active, it will be hopefully by the end of the DGs, I do not see myself as an additional referee. More than "operator" of the administrative things such as doing the monitoring of the clock turn. I think this is the price I paid (and also like to pay) to follow despite my flaws, the DG can.

My problem is that english is a foreign language for me. In case of some trouble it's easier for me, if there are any overview. A nerdy detailed summary of turn is the best way for me and your nightmare. My nightmare is to find a turn discussion in one big thread in a other language. If you whrite a posting for everey turn, i'll find quick all necessary infos. It's full okay if you only posts (every turn in a turn lock thread) something like "in accordance with exel sheet in post #122". But please link any sheets by the first call.

6.2. Wenn das andere Team nicht explizit Durchreiserecht gewährt hat, müsst Ihr im Spiel Krieg erklären, bevor irgendwelche Einheiten in dessen Territorium gezogen werden dürfen.

Does this rule mean you are not allowed to enter and leave borders even within the same turn? like, move into the culture zone of another civ with a curragh with move 1 and out with your 2nd move again?

Is the Diplomacy Forum open for all?

please delete my thread there
Do you mean the embassies on CiFo side?

In the strict sense it's not allowed...
no,thats allowed.
if the unit at the end from a turn in another territorium u must declare war.

...but i my opinion this is the better way. Additionally, this matter is hardly to monitor.

hmmm

I am used to following the rules even if nobody will ever see it... that is why I asked first place.

However, it is very SIMPLE to monitor. You only need to open a save to see which tiles are visible to ony team, and thus know whether they ever entered. Then the diplo thread will show you whether a RoP existed.

I really would appreciate if it was made clear to all teams whether it is allowed or disallowed to enter and leave someone else´s border within 1 turn. This will become practical very soon, for sure.

Hi Worf,

this is posted just to show that defenitely the Knights did not enter the land of the Eagles - it is even impossible that we did.

Contact was established 2s of where the curragh now stands, via Shift-D.
