Reference Sheet: All Leaders' Starting Traits and Techs

Since I couldn't find anything like this I made one. A color-coded one-page spreadsheet showing the starting traits and techs for every leader as of BTS. Hope folks find it handy.

Note: The zipped attachment contains a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (.xls extension). Most free spreadsheet programs (like OpenOffice) can also convert and open .xls files.
