Regarding IP Multiplayer Games

I know this seems like a pretty stupid question but I cant seem to find out my ip address. I would really appreciate some help here.

If you go to the main page and from there click on the multiplayer link in the left side of the screen on that page there is a small section about IP address and there is a link where you can download a program that tell you your IP address.

or you guys could just save your self all the trouble and go to the start buttion, hit run and type

winipcfg


but it only works for 95/98/me

for some reason it doesn't work in win2k (nt) and i haven't figured out the command for that yet *cuzz i'm new to it*
