Relics from Civilization Revolution

I was wondering whether it would be possible to add something similar like the Relics from Civilizaton Revolution into the game. By this I mean a couple of "sophisticated goody huts" (only 1 of each every map). Instead of giving a little gold, a map of the world or some early technologies, they would give bigger rewards (more like wonders) instead. This could really make exploring the map a lot more exciting.

If someone has already added something like this, please direct me to it .

I would suggest basing this on the artifacts system from Fall from Heaven II.
