Remove city overview sounds

Quick question, how do you remove the city overview sounds with the horse clip-clopping, etc.? I'd rather hear a continuation of the soundtrack. The leaderhead music I don't mind and would rather keep that in.

would be a good place to start. I'm thinking if you just remove all the "elements" you'll get...

This is the right file, but you have to remove the entire cityscape entries instead of just the elements. Works as I intended in game, thanks!
