Removing Barbarian XP cap with BNW

I've tried both the mod from steam workshop and editing the GlobalDefines.xml. Still, I can only get 30 xp from Barbarians. Is there something super special I need to do to change this cap?

Hey and welcome to the forum,
I cheched it for you and it works for me. My Warrior earned 5 promotions against barbs.
Are you sure you changed the defines in expansion 2?

Hello, I'm new here and I have this problem too. I downloaded several mods that can uncap the Barbarian XP, they work just fine. But, I would like to do this by editing the XML file. Unlike, kalebr, I changed the value of the BARBARIAN_MAX_XP_VALUE from 30 to 300, I did this, first, in the Expansion 2 GlobalDefines file, I check before starting the game, but after starting the game, it changes back to 30. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

OBS.: The game version is 1.0.3.279
