Rename Units Anytime Mod?

I was wondering if there was a mod where I can rename units anytime instead of just when they get a promotion.

Also looking for this. The "Rename Units Anytime" mod does not seem to exist anywhere anymore except as part of a large bundle of mods.

Strange they couldn't just, I don't know, include this option in the first place.

Also, the namespace is way too short.
