Renaming Cities

Didn't know if this has been said before...but seen a few comments on the inability to name cites when you actually can.

Go to the city details panel and in the top left hand corner next to the name of the city is a little pencil - click the pencil and rename the city.

It was not possible at release. I bet that is the source of those remarks.

I wish every military unit I create, can also be renamed at any time. I really wish to have this feature.

As of first patch, it is possible. In-game shot as English above.
When the game launched, people here were saying that it (renaming cities) was left out by accident.
