Replaced buildings

When a building is replaced by it's free analogue, the existing one should be sold.
So that when I build The Great Lighthouse, I don't wait for the last turn of the construction and the sell the old lighthouse

I do the same with the likes of Artemis and Granary. I agree I guess, though it's a bit of a risk-taking thing to do - if 1 turn before your wonder is built someone steals it away, then you've just lost not only the production spend on the wonder, but also whatever you've spent on the building.
