Request: Espionage delta display

Instead of seeing an icon next to a civ if you have more points, I'd like to see a mod that showed me the delta last turn (are they gaining, am I gaining?).

If that's too hard, just show the ratio. Currently it's a ton of micro to figure out who is spending points against you and how much to adjust by.
