Request for changes from Vanilla

Hey guys, so I've been lurking a while after my hiatus and I've been recommending this mod to my buddies, but they've requested a comprehensive list of changes from the normal game to see if they want to get into it. I know there's a whole bunch of changes to list (pretty much everything in the game), but would it be too difficult to put together a sticky'd thread with all the changes from the standard version? They keep mentioning about how there is a list for the NQ mod but there isn't one for this so I had thought I'd put it forward.
