[request] Habor specialization (like encampment)

Dear modders/players

I don't code but there is a thing I would like to see in this game wich is Port specialization.
I really like what thecrazyscot did here : https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/improved-water-yields.25436/

But I would love to push a little bit further with the ability to specialized each harbor in fishing harbor, commercial harbor or military harbor, so here is my suggest for a revamp:

Harbor disctrict:
Adjacency bonuses:
  • +1 Food per adjacent sea resource
  • +1 Gold for adjacent City Center
  • +1 Production for adjacent Encampment
  • +1 Gold from every 2 adjacent district tiles
+1 Great Admiral point per turn
Specialists add +1 Gold, +1 Food and +1 Production each
NO trade route (you will understand why below)

Level 1 building:

Lighthouse:
  • +1 Food
  • +1 Gold
  • +1 Housing
  • +1 Citizen slot
  • +1 Great Admiral slot
  • +25% combat XP for all naval units trained in this city
No change so far

Level 2 building: You must choose 1 building among the following (like between Barrks and Stables)

Shipyard:
  • +2 Food to all sea ressource
  • +1 Food to coast tiles
  • +1 Citizen slot
Customs:
  • +3 Gold to all sea ressource
  • +1 Trade Route capacity
  • +1 Citizen slot
Dry Dock:
  • +25% combat XP for all naval units trained in this city
  • +2 Production when a naval unit trained in this city
  • +1 Production to all sea ressource
  • +1 Great Admiral slot
  • +1 Citizen slot
Level 3 building: You must choose 1 building among the following

Seaport: (need Shipyard)
  • +1 Food to coast and ocean tiles
  • +2 Gold
  • +1 Housing
  • +1 Citizen slot
Marina: (need Customs)
  • +2 Gold to coast tiles
  • +2 Culture
  • +1 Amenity
  • +1 Citizen slot
Garrison: (need Dry Dock)
  • +1 Housing
  • +1 Citizen slot
  • +1 Great Admiral slot
  • Acquires Walls and Ranged Strike along with the City Center
So you understand, my goal is to propose a choice between city growth, commerce and military strength for each harbor.
Please write some comments if you like it or if you have different idea.
It would be great if a talented modder get the motivation to make it :)
 
Great ideas! It wouldn't be so hard I don't think. I've never done any graphical stuff, so if I did it all the harbors would look the same, but the yield modifiers would be easy enough. I've got a lot of ideas on my list, and I'll add this to it.

Thank you Kantorr, indeed I started to learn modding for this purpose. I look what other people do in similar case. I will try to do something from my side this weekend (without any graphical stuff). I think the main obstacle for me will be how to the "Walls and Ranged Strike" for the lvl3 military harbor as encampment does.
